Charges Other Than the Product Price	Artworks: Packing fee (¥4,400–¥12,100, tax included; varies depending on the size of the artwork and is displayed automatically during checkout) and shipping fee, which is cash on delivery (paid to the carrier on delivery) Goods: Shipping fee (flat rate of ¥490 within Japan, tax included; flat rate of ¥1,200 for delivery to South Korea; displayed during checkout and paid together with the product price) If customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges are imposed on delivery to South Korea, they are the customer’s responsibility In addition, the bank transfer fee if you pay by bank transfer (we bear the fee for convenience-store payment)
Shipping Fee	Artworks: The shipping fee is cash on delivery (paid to the carrier on delivery). Please pay the delivery carrier directly upon delivery. Large artworks for which the sum of three sides (length + width + height) exceeds 200 cm cannot be sent by Yamato Transport’s TA-Q-BIN parcel service, so after you place your order we will contact you individually with the shipping method and a quote (including the packing fee). Goods: The shipping fee is a flat rate of ¥490 within Japan (tax included). It is paid together with the product price when you place your order; it is not cash on delivery (paid to the carrier on delivery). The shipping fee is ¥490 even if you purchase multiple goods in a single order. Delivery to South Korea: Goods only, shipped for a flat rate of ¥1,200. It is paid together with the product price when you place your order. The shipping fee is ¥1,200 even if you purchase multiple goods in a single order. If you order artworks and goods together, they will be shipped separately. The shipping fee for artworks is cash on delivery (paid to the carrier on delivery), and the ¥490 shipping fee for goods is paid when you place your order.

Payment Timing	Cards, digital wallets, and PayPal: Payment is confirmed when you place your order (the actual date the charge is withdrawn varies depending on the payment method). Convenience-store payment and bank transfer: We will send you payment instructions after you place your order. Please pay within 7 days including the date of your order. If we cannot confirm your payment by the deadline, your order will be canceled automatically. For pre-order goods as well, payment is due when you place your order (within 7 days including the date of your order for convenience-store payment and bank transfer).
Delivery Time	Artworks: Artworks are, in principle, shipped after the exhibition ends. Artworks purchased during an exhibition will be sent after the exhibition closes. In addition, because we make a shipping box for each artwork and frame it as needed, preparation may take about 1 to 4 weeks. It may take more than one month from order to delivery. We will begin preparing for shipment after we confirm your payment. We will inform you of the delivery timing individually after you place your order. For large artworks, we will inform you of the schedule once the shipping method has been determined. Goods: We will ship within 7 days after we confirm your payment. Pre-order goods: Goods are shipped in the order of purchase, starting from the estimated delivery date shown on each product page. If you order pre-order goods together with other goods, everything will be shipped together at the pre-order delivery time.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations	Artworks: Because all artworks we handle are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed for reasons of the customer’s convenience. If an artwork is damaged or soiled in transit, or if you receive an artwork that differs from the one you ordered, please contact us at info@artleap.net within 7 days after the item arrives. We will accept the return at our expense and issue a refund. Goods: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been placed (including pre-orders) for reasons of the customer’s convenience. If an item is defective, is damaged in transit, or differs from the one you ordered, please contact us at info@artleap.net within 7 days after the item arrives. We will exchange it or issue a refund at our expense (exchanges are available only if the item is in stock). Please note that orders for which payment by convenience-store payment or bank transfer cannot be confirmed by the deadline will be canceled automatically (no cancellation fee applies).
Return Shipping Fee	For the returns described above that are attributable to us, we bear the cost for both artworks and goods. We do not accept any other returns.
Quantity Available	Shown on each product page (many artworks are limited to one piece). Orders for pre-order goods close once the first-come quantity is reached.
International Shipping	We ship goods only to South Korea (shipping fee: flat rate of ¥1,200). Artworks are shipped within Japan only. We do not ship to any country or region other than South Korea. If customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges are imposed on delivery to South Korea, they are the customer’s responsibility.
