About the work

走ることは、生きること (- Ode to living beings -To run is to live.)
2025
Paper, ink
15 x 30 x 2cm

To run is to live. The act of moving forward, marking out heartbeat and breath, is itself proof of existence. Carrying a sense that it would be lost if I stopped, I keep running, connecting with the world and confirming my own life.
