秘密の草むら

When I was little, I often went to play at a large house with a forest-like garden across the street from my home. This painting depicts the thicket of grass as I remembered it from that eye level. The house was sold around the time I started elementary school and razed in an instant. For more than 20 years, the land has remained a parking lot.
