This is a painting of the sea, mountains, a railing, and a moth. In a town by the sea, damp air carrying the scent of the tide drifts between the inorganic buildings, which gives me a strange feeling. Walking around Shibaura reminded me of the view from a bridge in Busan, South Korea. I layered onto this sunny daytime scene of a seaside town an imagined image of a nocturnal moth flitting lightly on the sea breeze.
